This privacy policy applies to applications and services operated by P-Code, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), a technology consulting and development company based in Georgia, USA.

Information We Collect

When you use our applications or services, we may collect the following information:

• Profile information — name, email address, and profile picture when you log in through third-party services such as Facebook or Google.
• Contact information — email address or phone number provided directly by you.
• Usage data — information about how you interact with our applications, including device type, browser, and access times.

How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our services
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Communicate with you about your account or our services
• Improve and personalize your experience
• Comply with legal obligations

Lindee — Product-Specific Disclosure

Lindee is our property-records research assistant, reachable on WhatsApp and as a connector for AI assistants such as ChatGPT. Because it works across platforms we do not control, this section sets out exactly what it stores.

What we store about you:

• Your name, email address, and phone number — given when you request access.
• A platform identifier — your phone number stored as digits only, which is how Lindee recognizes you on WhatsApp. If you connect through an AI assistant, the account identifier from that sign-in is stored the same way.
• Conversation history — a rolling window of your recent messages, kept so Lindee can follow a conversation rather than starting over each turn. It is capped and older messages are discarded.
• Notes you explicitly ask it to save — Lindee stores a note only when you tell it to. It does not log your conversation as a transcript.
• Usage counters — message counts and token totals, used for rate limiting and to understand load. These are numbers, not message contents.

What we do not store: we do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or WhatsApp media, and we do not record voice calls. Property records Lindee returns are public government data and are not personal data about you.

Message processing. To answer you, the content of your messages is sent to our AI model provider (Anthropic) for processing. If you use Lindee through a third-party assistant such as ChatGPT, your messages also pass through that provider under its own privacy policy, which governs what it retains.

Deleting your Lindee data. Email us and we will delete your profile, platform identifiers, conversation history, and saved notes. Removing your platform identifier means Lindee will no longer recognize you.

Service Providers We Use

We rely on the following processors to operate our services. Each receives only what it needs, and none is authorized to use your data for its own purposes:

• Supabase — database and authentication. Your profile, identifiers, and saved notes are stored here.
• Vercel and Railway — application and server hosting.
• Meta / WhatsApp — message delivery for the WhatsApp assistant, under Meta's own terms.
• Anthropic — AI model processing of message content.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating our applications (e.g., hosting, analytics), but only to the extent necessary to provide our services. These providers are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential.

Data Storage & Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only. While no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, we strive to protect your information using commercially acceptable means.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at dev@pcode.us. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.
